We operate at a fee of 30 Naira spread from the market rate, this rate will be calculated upon the confirmation of your crypto transaction.
We are also not liable for any loss incurred due to the volatile nature of crypto assets. The final value of your crypto asset is calculated upon confirmation of the transaction, and you will be paid the equivalent in Naira.
Whether the value of your crypto asset improves or declines, you are getting the current rate at the time of confirmation.
This process will be done transparently, and you can request an audit/screenshot.
We ensure whatever personal information you share with us is kept safe. We do not sell user data to third-party platforms or organizations.
Emails, phone numbers, and KYC data are securely stored on our servers. If you trade on Telegram or WhatsApp, a copy of your data is securely stored on these platforms as per your request.
Users can join our crypto communities on WhatsApp and Telegram to view the current crypto rates with USDT to Naira conversions. We also have WhatsApp and Telegram channels where you can interact with other members of the community.
We do not condone any form of harassment, spam, or vulgar language, and any user found doing this will be removed from the community by the admin.
